Tax
- Tax compliance and consulting services (Including income tax, VAT, Employees Tax, Dividend Tax, Capital Gains Tax, etc)
- Submission of income tax returns on e-filing (Including individuals, trusts and companies)
- Submission of VAT returns on e-filing
- Liaise with SARS on behalf of the clients
- Escalate queries to the Tax Ombud on behalf of clients
- Submission of IT3 returns for Trusts, Public benefit organisations etc.
Accounting
- Preparation of financial statements in compliance with IFRS and IFRS for SME’s. We compile the financial statements for audit purposes (if another auditor) including the income and deferred tax calculations and the necessary disclosures.
- Independent Reviews
- Bookkeeping up to trial balance / balance sheet
- Preparation of management accounts
- Back-office functions such as credit control; purchasing and supplier reconciliations; fixed asset management.
- Attendance of inventory counts on behalf of clients (non-audit) or other audit firms.
- Review of financial performance and interpretation of management accounts, including consults with regards to business growth.
- Assist with audit file preparation.
Secretarial / statutory compliance
- Register and maintain company statutory documents (CC, Ltd and (Pty) Ltd)
- Maintain company registers.
- Draft resolutions
- Formation and administration of Trusts
- Register and maintain Non-Profit Organisations
- De-register entities with CIPC and SARS
